Cansomeone help me, i have buyed a chinese kess v2 5.017.. ive tried to read my opel astra h bosch 7.6.2 z14xep and everything went good but when i tried to write a modified file it asked something for comparation what i didnt understeand! Final when the file has been wroten to the car the car wont start anymore.. ive tried to reflash the orginal file again but kess wrote (error while reading SW number..

So im stuck, can anyone help me to solve this problem

It probably looked for the original file to compare in order to calculate checksum

you can reinstalled software or exchange a new sd card and see whether it works or not

Ive tried to reinstall Ksuite but nothing hapened, i think that i missed up with the modified file because i hit the modified file a hit again the modified file to compare with.. and now im stuck, kess cannot do anything

Hi M8,
What ecu is MT3.5E?? Probably will not recover that ecu, just search for used one and program inmo is the fastest solution.

this Ecu can be recovered with io terminal,but its more expensive ,best solution is to find one person that can recover it for you or find a used and match the immo as jnoroeste says..
Opcom can do it too for these ecus if you have the pin(security code).

... problem is device ... chines clone kess and ktag have the problem with this ecu ... you need original or made in EU ... and all will work fine

problem is he compared file with same moded file that he wanted to flash instead to compare with ori file, probem is USER.
You can't blame everything on "chinese tools" , this would probably happen with some ori tool since user did not know what is doing...
