I need to buy a bridge for optical cables

Regards to all. I would like to buy an optical fiber cable bridge, which would serve me to connect 2 optical cables in Audi A6 when i want to disconnect some of component of the audio system. I know that exist original car manufacturer bridges but i can not get them. For example i want to disconnect optical cable from Navigation module and to connect a bridge at the end of cable, so the information on optical net be in function. And that's if someone knows that it have to buy on AliExpress.

try to use it from old beemers, like e60 or e65. every of them got it
