    Have you checked the actual oil pressure with mechanical gauge? What were the readings?
    Also, what particular 2.0 engine is this?
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
    * Bosch ABS8.2, ABS9.0 and ESP8.2, ESP9.0;
    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.

    Probably some failure of the double balance chaft oil pump system.
    Take a look at some videos on youtube. to get some more info about it.
    I see there is a possibility to rebuild the engine to single chaft.
    And less chances to get the same failure again.
    Engine will behave a little more rough, at the same time. Like earlier engines developed from VAG.

    That's why I asked what exact 2.0 it was. Not all 2.0s had Balance shaft module (either chained, or geared). Some of them had simple oil pump, e.g. BKD.

    Hi M8,
    Most of all those 2.0pd engines had oil pump failure with very bad ending, check presure with gauges, if really have low pressure, must check oil pump, very low quality on those.

    This has been stated in almost every replied post. OP does not reply anymore, it seems he doesn't care. Why we should care of his problems then?
