Need help! with writing FLASH

Hi everyone. When I try to write with KTAG flash dump file I give to error "Loaded backup file not valid". How to this problem resloved?

Next ecu you read, when asked to save files seperatly, click no, and backup will work 100%

Also,if you choose the KTAG BAckup and in the software you choose to write flash for example,it will show you this loaded backup not valid.
You have to choose in software Flash and in your hard disc flash too(.fls for ktag),micro->micro file(.mpc),eeprom ->eeprom too
full backup-file that ktag for full backup.
