    Solved...

tried to write some flash dump i found on internet, keeping original eprom, but still dead... Won't answer on flash update...
But i think problem was from my programmer writing flash..

So, ended up just writing eeprom on a used CAS (not exact part number, but near)... Forced flash on the car with latest files, and it comes alive

If someone else is with same problem, can try same...

    thanks

    I said this many times:
What is the benefit to do it OBD if you have to go thru all this?
If you have to remove CAS and do back up with programer , then it takes extra 2 min to make key with key tag tool.

It is Mini and CAS removal is 3h job..........
Guided fault finding = Feature that many factory scan-tools have and real technician despise it.

Yes i know... But i think i would do it only via OBD...
Never tought it would crash... We always think it only happens to others :P

It was my first time this happened... Always do it via obd.

Do you have always to solder points? Or do you use some suport?

its a solder one, but very easy, I juyst use my r260 clone & it never fails, seems safer to remove and read for me

All P-Flash with same part number (or sometimes even same part-number range) will be equal. Search in Flash for 00 00 09 and you will find all possible part numbers like this (apparently my example is only for 9389116):
