Default Opel Insignia will not start

Opel Insignia 2010 year. A20DTH engine.According to the owner's story, the mechanic repaired the engine
and had to remove the clamp.Since then, the engine will no longer be running. After more than a month of trying to start the engine, he gave up.The car is now in my workshop.
The first thing I noticed is that the BCM and Engine ECU were opened.
I read the errors an noticed

    ENGINE ECU
    P0563-System voltage, high voltage, permanent

    IPS Instrument
    B3902-Wrong immobiliser identifier received
    U0020-Low speed Communication bus

    ECC Climate control module
    B3902-Wrong immobiliser identifier received

    BCM Body control module
    B389A-Environment identification

I found the login code in BCM ( 24c16 ) and programmed the key.
The engine will not start and the same errors reappear. That's all I could do with OP-COM.
I can not do the configuration of the module, and read live data from the immobilizer.
Is it possible to make a configuration or reset of the module with the VCX NANO for Opel GM.

If someone knows how to solve this, ask for help.
