Default BMW ME9.2 virgin or recovery

I have attached bdm files of a BMW ME9.2 0261209016 ecu which failed during a sw update. I have found another bdm flash file, but I am not able to synchronise the ecu to the ews with this file. Can someone help to correct he bdm files for sync?

Yes, I know because I have also attached this info in the attachment but the problem is that it won't sync so something is wrong in the file.

Hi, first of all we can help you only with the complete story...
then this EWS ECU pair dont need synchronization because dont have rolling code security... (this I see from your ECU flash, if this is your ori flash) and you must have EWS2...
and we need to know wich is your ori ECU flash file...
and the last point, how we can see if your EWS module is paired with ECU when you dont post EWS dump...?

The complete description is in my first post. It failed during an ecu software update at a local BMW specialist. The laptop power somehow failed.
It s not possible to communicate with the ecu anymore.
I have flashed a bdm file from the same ecu hw number (but different sw) which I had into the ecu and communication is possible again but it now gives 2F44 and they are not able to sync with ISTA+ICOM.
If needed I will remove the ews and read it but at the moment I only have the ecu. The files named fail are from the original ecu after the sw update fail.

    m8, long story short...
If your ori software is corrupt then you have one solution with replace with other SW...
but you need to know the ISN code that is in your EWS...
both ISN in ECU and EWS need to be paired...
    so grab your EWS ISN...
