    Default Vw caddy

    I tried to add a key to 2008 VW Caddy with zed-full tried to use Vw can id48 .tp23 read PIN number and Percoded transponder (successful) then tried to add key message unsuccessful also tried standard id48 same result thank you for any input

    Some clusters don't allow learning by PIN, so you need to manually add the transponder ID in the immoblock.
    Some clusters need ID48+TP23+CS, so you need to read CS bytes and write them to transponder with correct tools.

    Which caddy is this some caddys will only take type 2 remote keys from what i have experienced

    u read all 7 bit with zedfull? in the end not should be 00

    When you have locked dealer key you must login and wait 5-15 min but sometimes even this doesnt work and have to add key to dump as H2Deetoo said.

    Problem is you did not get 7th byte, you need to do that from working key. You precoded key with only 6 bytes which zed full probably pulled from ECU...that is why you can't learn that key...do you have one working key?

    Yes 1 working ky zed full read from car then put working key in antenna read key then put tp23 in antenna to precede message
    successful then go to delete and add keys

    sorry I gorgot to check back here, the last byte is 00 meaning you have to get it from somewhere else before you pre code it
