    Default 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale

Read the MCU and file recognized but tmpro2 and tango. When using tango, and selecting a used slot, tango does not generate a new file. When selecting a new slot, it generates a new file.

    is this normal?

also carbon chip or large glass chip better to write on?

    Yes, this is correct.
There is nothing to write back.
It will modify the chip to work with the immo.

After that, When selecting the magnifier to identify the key, tango states this key is not recognized by this immobilizer, is this normal?
