FRM3 Dflash to EEprom file calculation help needed

Hello.
I have dead FRM3 in 2011 BMW E92
Can somebody calculate for me the EEprom file from My Dflash read ?

I have uploaded the EEPROM but the software # 9308367 appears to be different from what should be in the ECU 9240529. If I'm pulling the EEPROM file from the Dflash read then the software # should match perfectly?
the Communication with the ECU is restored and I can see it now with Inpa. Central Locking and windows started working but the headlights stay on all the time and no blinkers.

That would be my dflash_to_eeprom tool (Astrofil used the online version, Alektkac the offline version - hence the files are identical).
You can use it here:

If you click "offline version" you can download a Windows build. If you have Python installed you can just run the Pyton code directly.
