Default help with remapping CAYENNE V8

Greetings companions, I would like to remap my porsche cayenne so that it consumes a little less and also get some extra power.
I leave the reading of the flash to see what we can do, is a cayenne 4.5 v8 of 2004 and the ecu is a me7.1. I would also like to do a launch control or rev limiter.
Well, I appreciate any ideas and advice dear friends of Digital Kaos
