Leave the key on for a few minutes till the light goes out, then cycle it again, then second key.

You have to have 2 keys for all keys lost.

So you are saying it is still in anti-scan mode with the theft light flashing?

If so, key one turn ignition ON wait till theft light stops flashing, key OFF.
Still key one, turn key ON for 5 seconds (should be solid theft light), key OFF, key two ON (should be solid theft light) and after a few seconds the theft light should go out.
Your two keys should now be programmed. They need to be two different keys, not clones of each other.

You should also be able to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset everything and start over of needed.

After that I have no idea.

What scanner are you using? Also you said you lost all keys, therefore no key is programmed , so I think you need 2 new keys not one to be able to enable programming of the new keys I use ford IDS online to do this job .I find it more stable .

already told the companion above, disconnect the battery and leave it a few minutes, if possible, with the battery disconnected, turn on lights or to boot for a few minutes, to download the entire system and the condesadores, after a few minutes turn off all of new, and reconnect the battery

    The system should be reset
