range rover td6 2002 transponder pcf 7930

Dear all
I have my 2002 td6 Range rover, my key has a pcf 7930 transponder.

i bought a second key fob 433mhz 3 btn, i cutted the key, and sincronized the remote. but now i have to copy/clone the new trasponder that is different from mine, new is pcf7935.
i also bought the mini zed bull.
is it possible to program the new transponder or i have to order a pcf7930?
any suggestion how to solve in cheappest way the problem?

That chip is ok read ews and program chip with zed bull

So you tell me that the only way to clone the transponder is to read the ews?
the mini zed bull is not able to clone on pcf7930 directly?
do you know which is the cheapest ews reader without desoldering?
