    Default Peugeot 207 1.4 16v IAW 6LPC.105 ST10F280-B3

Having fun with one of these. Minimal water damage (1 pin in plug C missing). Tried reading with XPROG 5.51, MPPS 18 and Galletto FG54. 2 x 560 ohm resistors soldered as per instructions from on DK. Galletto can't connect. MPPS will read it with same connections as Galletto but craps out after 10%. Using soldered PCB connections (without the resistors) XPROG reads it but craps out at 11%. Obviously MPPS and XPROG will be crapping out at the same point. From what I've been reading it looks like everyone can read these without too much bother. Does it sound like Ive got a bad one or is there something else I should know?

That's what I've tried m8. Gets to 10% then it dies. Cheers.

Had another go with Galletto. Grey wire to boot pin thru 560 ohm (the 1.2k that was on the lead initially had broken off). Red to L4, black to M1 and green to B1.
Tools Boot Mode, ST10Fxx, ST10F280 BOOT MODE. Where it starts flashing saying "remove it" I ignored that and used the big 15 pin D-Type plug, the lead that has the most wires in the Galletto kit, the one with the grey boot wire. Read perfectly. 576k file. Maybe the bench OBD failed because the ECU is locked??? but surely it would be??? Still cant figure why XPROG fails tho. Here are numbers off ECU if anyone has same bother:

    IAW 6LPC.105
    MM-CMME 6LPC CEMO
    HW 16.784.004
    HW 9654596080
    SW 16.807.064
    SW 9663380880

Update, got it working with MPPS now. Cant be arsed with XPROG. All I can think is that I had selected it wrong. File sizes are different between Galletto and MPPS (576k v 512k) but they were read a few times with each and they verify ok. I suppose Galletto is reading something other than just the data area that MPPS is reading. Thanks again matey.
