Immo qashqai 2.0 throuble

Dear all, I've in throuble with qashqai J10


After writing a mod file via OBD2, it sems the car has lost key code (and I can't write injector codes too) and won't start.
I'm sure that EEPROM software it's corrupted


Have you got a solution ? (Virgin immo or full BDM backup)
