Default KIA Borrego 2009 95910-2j300 need good file

Got this car after someone repair. It does not have crash stored, but didn't feel driver SIS - always shorted. It seems like too many changes made.
Please share good file or help me to correct mine please.
    Thanks!

alismotors, I was unable to connect on desk yesterday. Today on car got the same result - B1470 - Driver's SIS short to ground.
Tried to play with different crashed file and got additional 2 errors.
It seems like hardware problem - will check if I have anything similar to replace receiver IC...
