Default PASSAT B5 2.0TDI EGR PROBLEM

    Hi Fellows!
    Passat B5 2005yr 2.0TDI 100KW EDC16u31

Got a car with issue - no power (limp mode) - no error codes stored in ECU. But car had DPF OFF and EGR OFF made by other workshop.
I assume that egr was disabled not correctly and there is no visible errors becuse ECU has switched off errors related to EGR.
As a result for day or two car runs ok -(many cycles of warming and cooling) no problems at all - live data ok with turbo, inj.timming and injector corrections. Then car is switching to limp mode and no errors stored in ECU -when I'ml erasing non existing errors car runs ok for a short time then limp mode again.

Could You check if map taken from ECU has proper egr off solution - histeresis mods on each egr map and so.

    any suggstions appreciated
    Thank You
map with DPF OFF and EGR OFF attached.
