UPA cant read BSI XSARA upd780949

Hi,

I try to read BSI XSARA upd780949 but gives error. What could be the problem? My nec adapter and upa are from china. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the attention, it worked! Now it reads successfuly but appear only zeros(0000000000). There is STAR and END rows, which one do I choose? I choose EPROM or ALL MEMORY? Thanksin advance.

Yes, read only eeprom.
