    Default Mercedes EIS MOdule reset

    HEllo

    I have a dead MCU MC68HC705
    with mask 1D69J .
    Can anyone tell me where can i buy a MCU ?
    or any website please ?

    Did you have tool to write ROM in new mcu ?

    Yes i have Digimaster 3
    i need a blank MCU or New MCU

    Replace the damaged one.
    and i using same data on the first to the new one.

    Ahhhh, so the original still communicates or failed after it was dumped? May be easier to pick up a used EIS and clone both mcus or use use just one from it, if you're sure nothing else is wrong with the original EIS.

    check soldering connections ore do it one more time this mcu dont get broken fast most time connection problem

    The only way to make this work is you need to get another EIS with the same mask, and write the original EEPROM into the outside MCU and inside MCU.

    Nothing that I'm aware of can read and write ROM. Outside MCU ROM is different than inside MCU ROM.
