    Default Virgin file for elv bmw f30

    Hi!
    I virginized sh fem and adapted to car, then programmed new key. I need to do synch with fem->elv. Does someone have virgin elv 95040?

    rola has a virgin file. z786 supposedly has a new ELV and shouldn't need a virgin file. However, AFAIK you can only buy an entire new steering column so possibly it's still a second hand ELV?

    my file 100% work
    i try and start car 100%
    my first problem i broke 95128 eeprom from fem and i buy second hand fem and key
    change isn and coding used vvdi2
    after all fiting to car after reflash car elv dead and car dont turn ignition
    i take out elv vrite new file
    and car start
    i dont know what need doit and where.for all reflash car and programming elv my help friend he used bmw icom but what program i dont know 100%
    but file work 100%

    Yes your file did work because fault code changed. But new fault code was elv not taught in. Can u ask your friend what option he used to adapt it plz

    Just use the search function in ISTA+. Go to Vehicle Management -> Troubleshooting -> Text search and search for ELV or Steering Lock. The type of result must be "ABL" (You can apply a filter or just check manually).
