I have 2015 Volvo VN that is being repaired after accident,unable to crank engine,did not tried to bypass to try start because viscous fan is damaged and need to be remove it first!!!
put shop air to get air pressure in system
transmission makes shifting noise when try to go to "R" or "M"
Used Jpro For Diagnostic
there is one active code in TCU
I-shift model is ATO2612D
P10AE81 Engaged Gear in Neutral - Invalid Serial Data Received
So far I was unable to find out how to trouble shoot this malfunction
Any one have info about this code?

Hi Mate,

This is a software related issue. Please ask an official dealer to update your TECU Software. It could also be a hardware issue but I recommend to start with a software update as it is the least expensive solution
