    Default Edc16u1 Problem

    After getting a second hand ECU and Flashing eeprom for immo, im getting rough running car starts on 3 cylinders no.2 Cilinder has Electrical Malfunction P1667
    Golf mk5+ 1.9 TDI PD 2006 ECU 03G906016GR Edc16u1

    Any advice what I did wrong? And how to fix it.

    Guess ecu is defective. Or not same numbers as original.

    Numbers same but You just confirmed what I thought at first trying to get it refunded ebay...

    if ECU is the same or fully compatible I allways make immo off by OBD to see ECU condition, then open and clone old one if possible
