Default Mazda 5 SMART CARD Remote Programming

Hi, is remote programming a separate procedure? or together with immo? Car has lost remote signal, it starts only with blade in ignition.

Check battery card - no battery - no signal. Im repair last week this card.
Open case (easy and carefully), check solder pads, coil, battery holder. Check red led on card, blink if You press button.
