    Hello mate.
If the key turns but the car does not start-EZS with Key + ESL works fine.
What error codes does the diagnosis machine give you?
It can be a thousand reasons not to start.
In the front SAM there are three fuses that power MOTOR ECU and ABS.
It is very important that you do a global check of all systems.
    Remote control works?

Yes the steering lock is working and the dash lights is on only the remote doesn't work because of the key is old one and the starter is working when i am trying from engine side with the starter the car is startup.

Guys, I think that without Star Diagnosis it is very complicated to know why the Mercedes does not start.
As Pepi says, first you have to look at authorization-EZS-ESL-CDI.
    W220-EZS, CDI, selector lever.
If there is permission to start all modules-you have to look at injectors, sensors, etc ........
If there is no authorization then there are problems.
