    Default Moroccan Chicken

crumble half the stock cube in to a measuring jugand add tumeric

pour in 300ml/half pint of boiling water and leave to one side

peel and finely chop the onions and garlic, deseed and chop the pepper in to roughly 1 inch squares

easiest way to peel garlic is to place the knife flat on the clove and smak it (not to hard) with your palm

skin they thighs if not already done and seasin them with salt and pepper

WASH UR HANDS as you have been handling raw chicken

heat the olive oil over a low-medium heat in a large frying pan or sauce pan. add the chicken thighs .

cook the chicken for around 5-10 mins turning occasionally untill golden brown.

add the onions, garlic, and peppers to the pan.

cook for a further 5 mins stirring occasionally untill the onions are tranlucent.

add the cinnamon, chilli powder, chicken stock and honey.

    bring to a simmer.

cover the pan if you can and cook for 15 mins.

while this is cooking you can do your rice, i just use the microwavable stuff for quickness.

what i do also at the end is add some boiled potatoes.
i aslo have with it the part baked bread goes down a treat with all the mealted butter in yum yum!

    enjoy people
