TOYOTA VERSO EDC17 2009 IMMO PROBLEM

I have problem with toyota verso 2009 edc17, costumer bring me car from another service who was trying to remouve dpf from the ecu, after that car can not start or sometimes start run 5/6 seconds and stop, ecu fault code "engine control unit not sincronized", also instrument cluster fault code "no comunication with ecm" the rest of system clear from faults. first thing when i disconect ecu i soo "low can pin" on ecu was bended and shorted with high can pin, i make it like it has to bee conect ecu but nothing. try few times to program ecu 4/13 pin for 30min, but nothing, strange thing that immo lamp in cluster never is on. Immo system faults "0" everything look programed and fine. Any sugestions or if somebody have same problem.
