Tango covers this model, you have a bad read, read again and post. No one can add key for you because is a crypto key, id46.

No , tango cant do it , i do many L200 from 2010 to 2015 with no problem, but 2016- they change the immo information inside the eeprom .

i have same problem but it was adding spare key , i ve try all device by obd2 no communication at all , except g scan it connect to immo but when i put old pin 940f it end with wrong pin , so i assume Mitsubishi change pin code in new model...

As I got the info about this, Abrites/Zedfull covers this (AKL) but you need to have an account to NASTF (National Automotive Service Task Force) to get the 10 digit pin code....

i did one all key lost no problem added two keys with padpro2, no need for pin code, I imagine is the same for adding key.
