Default PSA Lancia / Ulysse 2003/4 ECU BSI homework

    Hi all,

Last few weeks I've been coping with my failed Phedra 2.0 JTD. One day it just failed to start, so I keep trying to understand why.
The story is long - PP2000 says everything is fine, including cams sync, immo, pressure, injectors voltages.
Also the motor runs on a cockpit spray (Plak).

From my ECU (EDC15C2 originating from Ulysse, reprogrammed by previous car owner) I read the pin, adpoted another used ECU - copied Eprom (extranal) and Flash contents (using MPPS).
    Same results.

Now economy mode (occurring immediately, no matter what battery voltage is) is preventing me (I guess) from closing driver's window, so only foil in a window keeps interior from rain.
Tried to close it from PP2000 but actuators fail to listen the command, also door buttons are read OK.

My suspicions leaned towards BSI problem, so I bought same used and peeked inside. There's a uC MC68HC912DG128ACPV and 95640 Eeprom.
HC912 uC contains Flash & Eeprom inside, is not trivial for me to read, so I pulled 95640 for an external read. (The relays part of BSIs tested good on both.)

But now I don't know how should I proceed to clone or virginize the BSI this successfully that my original key remote keep working.
Some say that FF-ing Eeprom will virginze it - but NO ONE says which EEprom should be blanked - external one (95640) or one inside uC ?

Also if uC flash contents are retained - will it prevent me from pairing original keys with remote open/close functionality ?

Are there actually several levels of BSI virginization ?!

    Please help !

    Piotr

    Hi, my friend!

I have the same problem than you! Did you find what BSI's eeprom do you need to read?

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards,

    Darkness

Change ECO mode in diag and put window up. If new ECU exact same numbers then dunno but if different have you checked both for differences on PCB. Go back to orig BSI and virgin it and fully reprogram. All info and virgin dumps here on DK. I had a BSI SW prob a while ago preventing car coming out of ECO.
