Need to upgrade my equipment for VAG cars . About time.

I come to a conclusion that i can not afford loosing clients to a competitor of mine who can do the newest cars from Volkswagen and Seat.
At least 2 cases i know of that my competitor did cars i couldn't do:
Volkswagen Golf 2017 dash VDD A2C99139300 with MCU RENESAS eepromless.
Seat Ibiza 2016 dash VO3 A2C94602800 with mcu renesas EEPROMLESS.
Can any one tell what tool can make these cars ?
Which of the tools has good support ?
Your advise is very important for my professional future, so do please try to assist.

If you have SMOK, how do you get support ? I have SMOK JTAG and they never answer to my questions.
To their credit i would say that they are not answering also when i want to buy something from them...

No, it is not all of them. Through the years, i had a very good support from some of them (not all of them still exist).

I read they get good support when buying from a certain reseller, on a different forum. It starts with an M. (Not allowed to mention other forums here).
The support is then from the reseller.
And people seems to be satisfied with that.

Sorry, but as to my personal experience they are not answering.
I have the JTAG from SMOK, and when i want to add a software, i am asking for details but they are not answering.
This is a ~~~~ed up service.

Till now Chinese clones give the best service!!!!!

All is crap, last year it took me 3 weeks to get the possibilty to pay my 2018 subscribtion for 2018, this italian company worst ever.
