Default VW EDC16U1 Eeprom error P1640 + Immo OFF

    Hello,
I have VW Golf V 1.9 TDI with engine ecu EDC16U1 with error P1640 Eeprom error.
Car starts and drives well but after some time if you stop the engine it will not start with immo light ON. Only starts after its cold again.
Original ECU is 03G906016B or 0281011478
I bought a used ECU and copy eeprom content from original ECU to used. But this way car never start, always immo ON.
On used ECU I also have error P1640. I think because I copy the eeprom content, now it also have error. So, eeprom content might be damaged.

Can you repair my original eeprom file to solve the error P1640 ?

Also can you make immo off to both files ? If the repair file donīt work I will make immo off.

Attached is original file (EDC16U1_1) and used ECU file (EDC16U1_2).

    Thanks for your help

p1640 came with me after flash ecu by odis (but not this one 03c906056**) and corrected on coding of manual or automatic transmission 0000075 or 0000072 ... i think it would be due to incompatibility between eeprom and flash ... so check coding and try options then cycle ignition after each time
