Airbag MB programming

Hello guys. I need a help. i bought(a2049012704) ecu airbag to w204 c200, and i have this problem code launch.

b220600 - the current vehicle identification number is incorrect or not presente.

what can i do? scn with star c4 is possible, in used module? or i need change memory file?
