EDC15C7 Ducato speed limiter

Hi,

I am looking for speed limiter remove for this Ducato.
I tried 4 places at 782E6h - nothing.
Then I found another two places at 7210Ch and still no joy.
You can check my tries.

I am afraid solution from xCata does not work.
I also tried two more files without success and starting to believe that
the limiter could be in EEPROM.
Or if somebody has any idea?

P.S I saw in this post:

that is possible to cut wire from speedometer to disable the limiter?
Does anybody know something about this?
