Question Read and write ecu on mazda 3 1.6d ecu is EDC16C3

What is a better way of reading and flashing ecu file on this ecu and safest coz i have no experience with this? My options are
    1. kess v2 5.017 china clone throught OBD
    2. with galletto 2 china clone
Please keep in mind that i m so new to this , and all i want to do is , read the ecu, then send the file to one man (he said that will tune it and remove egr for 40euro), and at the end flash the new programmed ecu.
I need this information in order to know what tools to order from ebay.
    thanks a lot

I did a lot of these EDC after the obd.
Mpps v18 reads well and saves this EDC.

I've read that mpps removes the injector codes.. is that true or that's only for older versions from mpps?

+1 for BDM ... i have done many over obd with different tools ... most of the time is OK but if you end up with error P1187 you are in trouble because only dealer update solves it !!!!
