I might be wrong but happened to me.
Virgin remote to generate/duplicate remote will get K-coins.
Re-use to generate/duplicate remote will not collect K-coins.
meaning 1 remote will get 1 time K-coins, but still able to re-use as many times.
    KD900 / KD900+ connect to mobile app generate/copy remote will get K-coins.
Standalone KD900 generate / kd900 & KD900+ connect PC software will not collect K-coins as there was no way to synchro to the server no matter what I tried.

I try this before vice versa, interchanging wire connections to fit for input and outputs but no luck, it seems that the tools know what remote was connected....

There has to be a way to simply buy a id48 cloning licence.
You would need 150 tokens, that would be generated from 8 remote keys.

I already have plenty of remotes, original, and xhorse laying around.

The remote menu on the kd is larger, xhorse does not make so many.
Still, over-lapping tools is allways bit of a waist.

So if they would come up with a buy id48 licence, or pay as you go tokens, i am in.

    Chip Simulation..
There is also a option in the vvdi2 remote maker.
    They call it monitor key.
It might be something like that.

Maybe some sort off sniff function, to clone transponders?
