2013 reg. A1.3dtc engine code. Ecu is faulty. Obtained a reset one. Is there any tool which can program this Ecu. I no mdi2 online will do it. But can I use any other tool. Thanks

Genuine vauxcom shoudn't be a problem.

It's not a new (Blank ECU) only a reset one.
To be 100% sure mail Derek at Ilexa.

I programmed new Ecu,but the fault still there. Egr fault open circuit. I tested all wires back to Ecu,all are fine.
With ignition on voltages are
white/violet. 4.338
violet/black 011.1
white. 006.8
brown/black. 005.8
brown/red. 5.018

Swap immo eeprom

Tried to actuate the egr. It tells me to start car to actuate,but nothing happens. No change in engine. No eeprom in this Ecu.

What about live data, poke egr with big wooden stick , and voltmeter
