Jeep Dodge Chrysler Diagnostic - Skim - Immo - VIN {advice needed}

Hello mates

I'm thinking of buying a diagnostic that can cover dealer functions on the Chrysler Jeep Dodge group .
I would like to make the programming functions on SKIM , ecu synchro and VIN change ,,,

Do you have anything to suggest besides the original OEM tool (cause of the cost )... ?

I see many chinese jeep tools on ebay but i don't have an opinion on them if they can do the programming functions ....

I have original tool and I started using xtool ipad done 4 Chrysler vehicles ecu swap and its been really good on doing it. Vin and skim programming. But like I said done only 4 . two jeeps , and 300c and a charger .
