The bin contains unusual data that I haven't seen before. Does it produce the same data with every read? Anyway here are bin and keys. Try writing it to both mcus. That works for 202 and 210 but not sure if it does for 220.

This bin is readed with xprog
First i tried read right mcu. It didnt read . Resoldered mcu that it readed all FF. Thought something wrong with xprog. Than i took w208 eis same mcu. Ive done few earlier. It readed mcu right away. Than read agai w220 all FF

Than took left mcu of w220 it readed from first time. Loaded bin to progger. It showed hashes key pass etc. Key made as usual. Put in eis but no go. Only red led is on. Tok out in few times same. Than read by IR it readed same data and my added key was there.

Than tried read data by IR and put pass manualy. Made key. No go.
So or mcu is dead or data blank.

You read 0D69J in circuit or on adapter? HC05 by xprog only on adapter.

Well, I modded it to look "normal" . I'm curious about whether it works.
