this unit seems to be locked .
it shows E0000012
can this be fixed / decoded .
has anyone any info on this unit ?please add rep & thanks if my post was helpful

Open device and tell us what kind of memory inside,or read them and upload bin here.
Seems to be some firmware problem.Do you have the SD card?
