Skoda Octavia Refuse to erase trouble codes

hi friends i need your help i have Skoda Octavia 2012 1.6 diesel PCR2.1 03L906023LR this car has many trouble codes most of codes are not active ( and connectors for the components which the trouble codes active are disconnected )
when try to erase trouble codes i got the error as in picture
i disconnect even the engine main harness from ecu side the ecu refuse to erase any trouble code with same error
i replaced engine ecu with same refuse to erase trouble codes
any idea friends

yes friend i tried with Gscan 2 Odis VCDS
the sam did not clear any stored DTC

here was some bore connection in ecu power wires and the main problem is that the ABS ecu connector was disconnected i noticed on this car when i disconnect the abs it reused to erase trouble codes may be special case
