Please help with bmw ecu, e60, DDE7

Please help with info for bmw ecu DDE7,
I have bmw e60, 2003, 530d with ecu
0 281 011 224
DDE7 793 210, ecu is fault and can't communicate via obd, i read ecu with k-tag and copy all in ecu with this number:

0 281 011 224
DDE7 794 218, now i can communicate with ecu via obd, dde-cas adjust make with launch.

But i have error with injector and i can't input injector code, injector is euro3 and diagnostic need code for injector euro4.

Please info is this two ecu compatibile or not, or i must find ecu DDE7 793 210 ??

when you copy all memories to the new ecu I would expect that you do not need to adjust with launch. Are you sure all memories are copied correctly?
