LG Lan5200 keeps restarting and freeze the touch panel

Thanks!Maybe this way is a little bit complicated,i tried to boot into win CE with NK.bin file without succes,I desolder and i rewrite the MX29LV320 with another dump manually
with programmer ,but noting changes.
If i am very quick input the code the navi starting but freeze ,and after a few seconds restarting.
Well i have no experience with this unit ,and i don't know if the Sandisk memory is the problem or the Debug port what kind of memory accesing.
Maybe somebody have a tutorial .

Well !I started for a short period and saw the current program version is 4.0.2.But after that keeps restarting and freeze touch.
Question ,what file do i need to put on USB stik to get into WIN CE? The NK.bin?And need the 4.0.2 version?
I saw some people using Jtag port to write something ,this is for writing boot into MX29LV320T Nor flash?Because i write another file with programmer,method desoldering the flash.But no effect same problem.
i saw some trick with 2 resistors interrupt and force to boot from stik,then replace some Nk.bin.
But tell me how prepare the usb stik get into win ce?

I saw this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTEZrJUzkVU ,i shorted the R1021 to GND 2-3 second to get into win CE,but not booting ,In my stik i put
Nk.bin only.
Did i do correct?Thanks!
