Scirocco DashBoard change help needed

Hello from Germany,

first excuse my bad english.

I read several threads and dont able figure out the right steps for my Problem.

First the Facts:

1K8 920 871 - H05 0207 Dash is in my Car
1K8 920 875 E - H05 0925 Dash vom Scirocco R 2015
1 Old CarProg Set
1 Jlink Flasher to upgrade

The Steps to Upgrade the Carprog are no prolem.

Need help which Steps are the right way to

read old Dashdata,
convert if needed
Flash data to new dash

Do i Need new Transponder or can i clone Data from old to new Dash?
The Immo ?

and last Problem to clone the 147800 mileage to new one with 31000

I'm quiet sure that carprog clone will not work on the 2015 dash. Buy original tool or let somebody with the right tools do the job

Ok the CarProg is not my one. Why this wont work? CarProg will Support this Dash or is there another problem that i couldnt understand right now?

Which tool is the Best to do this?

All you need is to extract Immo Data to both clusters!You need an original Cargrog or SMOK Multiprog,will be very surprised how easy is to change the clusters!
