soldering is not the issue, i soldered the pad directly to the adapter (yeah i know defeats purpose of "solder free adapter" but thats what yanhua tech suggested) unit didnt work, i seen and wanted to try this programer but i must have gotten a defective item. im new to learning CAS4, so i wanted to try this out before i start soldering to learn cas4.

any recommendations for a programmer for cas 4?
