hi all i have china Delphi what is the best firmware and software for this diagnostic tool,i have a mercedes w210 e320 i try to test it by the delphi but it not communicate,i try also wow software also not communicate,what you recommand guys thank you all

Hi friends does delphi and wow snooper made in china work on mercedes E320 W210 ,it not communicate i try many software delphi and wow program 5.00.8 but not communicate with this car thank you all

from what ive read i think you need to open your device and change some components as some of the chinese readers have not been built properly

Check in device manager on the computer to make sure all drivers are installed properly

From me recomended Equpment Star best tool for all mersedes.
And about yours china, maybe adapter inside 2 pcb not correct together .Like bad contact .
Open and look .(One time I have experience with this)
