Default passat b8 problem with lenguage please help!!!!

hello friends I have a problem with a passat B8 0km here in Argentina. the car is in the VW dealer already patented but the customer is Chinese and wants the board in Chinese.
The factory does not know what to do to configure it and I was trying to change it with vag and with odis.
when I enter the group 17 instrument then coding and change to Chinese mandarin, in the long code corresponds to a 17
if the good battery is changed but after a few seconds it returns to the language programmed on the screen.
When the car has little battery, I change the language from the router and it remains until I can start it again and the preset language remains on the stereo screen.
The problem is that on the stereo screen I have many languages but not Chinese Mandarin.
I would need to change the language of the screen, update the software or record the language in some way.
    someone work with this system?

Yes, but in the auto sw the Chinese language is not enabled, the factory says that the software is the one destined for a car in this region, but the buyer is Chinese and wants it in Chinese
