Default Pin code and key label of Clio III

Hi, my Renault key have two label. One is metallic, and other is barcode label printed.
This number inside are only mechanical code, or is a encripted pincode for reprogram?
This is a scan of label (front rear and metallic tag)

if read a bar code at 128 bit exit this number
    935956T4338HQ
Any chance for my pin code?
    Thank at all to reply.

No sir , just key cutting number
It's an HEXadecimal 12 digits number , to retrieve it you need :
    CanClip + RPE2
    FNR 4 IN 1 on a 32 bit laptop
    RenOlink + OBDlink SX
