Smart 450 sam virgin dump v013 2k79x

Can anyone help me?

I have a smart 450 year 2003, that water damaged sam.
I tried to clone sam, but when i read 2k79x eeprom, i have all FF.
Flash seem to be readed fine.

So i need someone who have virgin dump to v013 with 2k79x processor.

I have star diagnose to configure.

there are many variants of sam units... different eeproms/flash...

you have a new used sam unit...?

I have a sam from donor car... used.
I can change vin in cluster, virgin engine ecu, and change km to 0 in used sam. It´s a solution.


But i want to learn too, and if someone send me virgin file, its better.

My donor sam is 0011868 V013 with 2k79x processor.

I have no V13, but when you want... change VIN in Dash.. so as you even wrote...
Change KM... to zero in SAM... so as you even wrote...
Kilometers and VIN you solved...

everything else you can change with DAS, when you have a 100% correct SAM Unit...
Which Version DAS/Xentry you have...?
I can help you by teamviewer... it`s a 2 minute work...
even when donor car is cabriolet and you have a coupe...
or when donor car have no AC and your car have it...

And V11, do you have virgin?
Strange thing, the car have v11 sam. I have in my stock (from donor car) v13, and usualy when we have different version we have different hardware!

I don´t found any difference, same processor, same processor board...

Anyway, do you have V11 ? i would like to try...

no, virgin from my site...

only flash/eeprom... but you have it...

it´s more work with DAS to initialize all after virgin...

the faster way is, as I described you...

and when you find virgin, you have to correct checksum with your flash...

but when you just want it, the only way to get it...

post your flash/eeprom... maybe someone can virgin/correct checsum it for you...

as I told you there are different flash/eeprom it depends on the options of car...

and V11 it´s with 8 x VIN, as far I know...

I have changed my smart 450 convertible SAM,Cluster and ECU with a hatchback (coupe) and now I cannot operate the convertible roof. Can anybody put me in the right direction of how to make it work? Is there a way to change the body type in SAM?

Try with Das and developer mode...
In sam unit...

Or by vediamo it's also possible...

Or clone your sam unit by programmer Ori to donor...

In the description one says use cable C12
Where can I find such a cable?
USE CABLE C12, OPEN ALL CAREFULLY, THEN CONNECT OR SOLDER CABLE
LEADS ACCORDING TO PIN AS SHOWN OF BELOW PHOTO

Hi Figani, do you know the whole process and tools needed to clone a sam unit ? Or in fact does anyone know where i can get the information? Is there a youtube video maybe?
I now have three roadsters that need replacement sam units so have decided to learn the process to do them myself.
Any help would be appreciated.
