Swap dashboard Audi A4 01 RB4

Hello,
i have this car : the old dashboard defect and i must replace with an used dashboard same item numbers
Old: RB4 8E0920 930R
New(used): RB4 8E0920 930R
i tried to make immo off but after 5seconds direction lights lamp and turn on Airbag light on dashboard...
it's possible swap dashboard without pair new dash with obd tools? I seen that in dashboard there are eprom 24c08 and flash am29lv160db
