I wonder where you buy if it needs rework... I can't see any feedback about clones reworked by you. It looks that you're crying that I don't want to buy it from you.
I was thinking about EU version, not reworked.

Genetic Motorsport sells eu tools with purple pcb, also one other seller for that type in this forum. Tool is made in Poland,
I believe.. Another one is with red pcb, from carprog.com. eu kess costs about 700-750€. Also there are known cases that chinatools have been sold as eu made..
