RCD 500 car radio code

Hi, bought a used RCD 500 Blaupunkt car radio on Allegro and did not realize it was without code. Should I return it to the seller or is it possible to get the code somehow.
Have the original player of the same type which I removed from the car due to the fact it was draining power from the battery when the ignition was turned off.
